In comparison, our normal glass (10 mm thick) without Soundproof door frame is 29 dB. Feel free to ask us. We are happy to advise!

FAQs

How long does delivery take after ordering - and what factors influence the delivery time?

Our delivery times are usually 10 to 12 weeks; for larger customizations such as smart glass or special dimensions, the delivery time can be extended to 12 to 14 weeks.

The following factors influence our delivery time:

  • Individual production depending on requirements: Many of our boxes are customized based on customer requests.
  • Production per order: In order to be able to offer our customers the best possible market price, we do not produce in stock - this saves costs, but also means longer lead times.
  • High demand: We currently have a very high order volume, which also affects delivery times.

Of course, we always try to produce and deliver as quickly as possible and always keep our customers up to date. Please feel free to inquire about your requirements.

How are the shipping costs incurred?

The shipping costs arise from several factors that, unlike traditional groupage, need to be taken into particular consideration:

  • Fixed delivery: We coordinate each delivery individually with our customers - especially if assembly has been booked and delivery must be made to the assembly team within the minute. Cheap groupage logistics with non-specific delivery would not be practical here.
  • Special transport volume: Our boxes are delivered in solid wooden crates on pallets. Not only are they heavy, they also have a large volume, which makes transport more complex.
  • Special logistics necessary: For safe delivery, we usually require a lifting platform or a forklift so that the goods can be unloaded. This is also included in the costs.

 We pass on the shipping costs to our freight forwarders 1:1 without any surcharge and always try to find the most economical solution with the highest level of planning.
