Estimated delivery time from receipt of payment: Standard meeting boxes and acoustic furniture as ordered goods approx. 12-14 weeks, boxes with smart glass or individual design approx. 14-16 weeks. For Switzerland, including customs clearance, it is approx. 13–15 or 15-17 weeks.
Smart Line stock goods as well as stored height-adjustable desks and table tops: approx. 10-14 working days in Germany and the EU, approx. 15-20 working days in Switzerland. For other stock offers, the stated availability applies. The timings are estimated; We will coordinate the specific delivery date with you.
Delivery costs are additional depending on the product and delivery location. They are not included in the product price and are shown in the checkout or in the individual offer. Assembly is a separate service.

The estimated delivery times apply from receipt of payment. Since they depend on global production and transport chains, they cannot be guaranteed and are legally non-binding. However, we always do everything we can to adhere to the estimated delivery times and will inform you immediately if any delays become apparent.
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs clearance is already taken into account in the stated delivery times. Due to customs, there may still be additional delays.
The delivery is safely packaged in wooden boxes (meeting boxes) and cardboard boxes (furniture & acoustic furniture). Please note: The disposal of the voluminous packaging materials is only included when booking our SoSilent assembly service.
