Right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs

Our offer is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

There is for entrepreneurs no right of withdrawal according to § 312g BGB. A statutory right of withdrawal, which consumers are entitled to, does not apply.

Returns and Exchanges

One Return or exchange of the delivered goods excluded, unless the goods are defective or we have made a different agreement. In the event of a defect, the statutory warranty rights apply exclusively.
