The estimated delivery times apply from receipt of payment. Since they depend on global production and transport chains, they cannot be guaranteed and are not legally binding. However, we always do everything we can to adhere to the estimated delivery times and will inform you immediately if any delays become apparent.
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs clearance is already taken into account in the delivery times mentioned. There may still be additional delays due to customs.
Delivery is safely packaged in wooden boxes (meeting boxes) and cardboard boxes (furniture & acoustic furniture). Please note: Disposal of bulky packaging materials is only included when booking our SoSilent assembly service.
