💡 Good to know: How to read our acoustic values

• Certified standards: Tested according to ISO 23351-1.
• The masking effect: A normal office has a basic noise level of around 45 dB. If our box attenuates a conversation to 30 dB, the room absorbs the remaining noise - inaudible to the team outside.

Fire protection (certified safety)

The Urban-Line meets the highest international fire protection standards for use in modern office environments and public buildings:

• Acoustic panels (walls): Certified to ASTM E84 Class A (highest category). With a Flame Spread Index of 15 and a Smoke Developed Index of 40, they correspond to the German classification "flame retardant".
• Floor covering (carpet): Certified to GB 8624-2012 Class B1 (C). This makes the carpet official flame retardant classified.

Compliance & Environment

• CE conformity: The SoSilent Urban L2³ complies with all relevant European guidelines regarding safety, health protection and environmental protection.
• WEEE registration (ElektroG): We fully meet our product responsibility. Registration for the current generation of devices is currently in the new application process to ensure complete compliance with the Electrical Act.
