Delivered in 10 days and thanks to intelligent partial assembly in just one 1.5 to 2 hours fully constructed.

The Smart S2 is specially optimized for modern digital workflows. With integrated LED lighting for a professional camera image and powerful ventilation, it guarantees a cool head even during longer online meetings. The rollable base also allows you to remain flexible in your room design at all times.

Smart, Urban or Space – What’s the difference?

The Smart-Line is our specialist for speed and efficiency:

Smart-Line: The fast-track problem solver

  • Delivery time: Unbeatable 10 days (in stock).
  • Structure: Extremely fast (1.5 - 2 hours) as it was delivered partially assembled.
  • Requirement: Due to the partial assembly, wide doors (min. 120 cm) are required for transport to the installation site.

Urban & Space Line: The configurable ones

  • Focus: Higher sound insulation (30-32dB) and fits through any standard door as it is delivered completely in individual parts.

Important logistics requirement (must check!)

Attention: The Smart S2 is delivered partially assembled. Delivery is only possible if the following dimensions are available at your location:

  • Access route: All doors and passageways must have one Minimum width of 1200 mm have.
  • Elevator: For delivery on floors, the elevator must be at least 1200mm wide and 1500mm deep be.

If these requirements are not met, we recommend ours urban or Space Line, as these models are delivered completely disassembled.

Assembly & construction

Not only are our boxes smart and quickly on site, but also the assembly concept. The Smart series is designed to be a Independent and extremely quick assembly is possible without any problems.

  • Partially assembled delivery: The cabin arrives to you in large modules, which reduces assembly time to just around 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Easy handling: Thanks to the intuitive design, installation can be easily carried out by your building services team or internal employees.
  • Logistics advantage: Since there is no need for scheduled shipping with a dedicated assembly team, the process remains as quick and cost-efficient as possible.

External assembly by our team is for the Smart-Line only on request possible.

Soundproofing & acoustic advantage

Targeted silence for video calls:

  • Attenuation value: 25 dB (±3 dB) according to the international NIC standard.
  • The acoustic advantage: Especially in the range of human voices (from 1000 Hz), the box achieves attenuation values of over 30 dB. This ensures that your conversations remain discreet and at the same time you are not distracted by the noise of the open-plan office.
